Common Sense Governing
– Aleks Vranicic for Mesa City Council
Common Sense Governing
Mesa needs leaders who apply basic common sense to government decisions. Too often, ideology replaces reality and puts our families at risk.
Boys Do Not Belong in Girls’ Bathrooms
I believe in protecting the privacy, safety, and dignity of women and girls. Biological males should not be allowed in female bathrooms, locker rooms, or changing areas in city-owned facilities, parks, or public buildings.
This is not about discrimination — it’s about protecting vulnerable spaces for our daughters, sisters, and mothers. Common sense tells us that men and boys should use men’s facilities, and women and girls should use women’s facilities.
My Position:
-
Support clear policies based on biological sex for bathrooms and private spaces
-
Prioritize the safety and privacy of females in public facilities
-
Reject radical gender ideology that ignores basic biological reality
As someone who grew up under a communist system that twisted truth and reality, I refuse to let the same thing happen here in Mesa. Government should deal in facts, not feelings.
District 5 families deserve a council member who will stand up for common sense and protect our children.
