As a candidate for Mesa City Council District 5, I believe in practical,
common-sense solutions — not more government overreach.
Here are the issues that matter most to Las Sendas and Red Mountain Ranch families:
Fiscal Responsibility and Transparency
Taxpayers’ money must be spent wisely. I will bring accountability to City Hall and oppose wasteful spending that drives up costs for Mesa families.
Residents have a right to know how their city is being run. I will push for open meetings, accessible records, and decisions made in public — not behind closed doors.
Public Safety
Our police and fire departments need strong support. I will work to ensure they have the resources they need while demanding accountability and efficient use of taxpayer dollars.
Responsible Growth and Housing
Mesa is growing rapidly, but growth must be smart and planned. I oppose approving high-density housing projects without proper infrastructure in place. We must protect the character of our neighborhoods while keeping Mesa affordable.
Resolving Homelessness
Homelessness is a growing challenge in Mesa that affects public safety, neighborhoods, and those struggling on our streets. As a candidate for Mesa City Council District 5, I believe we need practical solutions that combine compassion with accountability.
Returning to
Common Sense
Mesa needs leaders who apply basic common sense to government decisions. Too often, ideology replaces reality and puts our families at risk.
